Founded in 1970 by Daniel and Michel Gyéjacquot, the House of the same name is today run by Cyril and Frédéric, son of Michel. Always a story of brothers. Located in the heart of the Aube, the Maison's terroir is spread over four municipalities. It is made up of 20 plots, most of which are at least 20 years old and the oldest is 40 years old. Lovers of their land and nature, the two brothers take care of, even pampering, their vines, cultivated in a reasoned manner, on both sides and on hillsides, throughout the year ... thus applying to the letter, the philosophy of the house and their motto: "Only a good grape produces good wine". From maintaining the vines to marketing the bottles; all of these steps are carried out within the farm, thus ensuring continuity in the regularity and monitoring of the cuvées in the range.
