Coteaux Champenois White cuvée "Clovis"

➢Territory: Sézannais coast ➢ Grape varieties: 100% Chardonnay ➢ Vinification: barrel vinification ➢ Aging: 21 months in oak barrels. ➢Year: 2018 ➢ Tasting: Pretty light but very golden color.  Quite captivating first nose with lots of power, character and complexity, with aromas of sap, spices, vanilla, hazelnut.  Frank attack and supple palate with length, all in lightness.  The palate is creamy, delicious, with notes of vanilla and candied citrus fruits.  Lots of sweetness on the palate and a frame with a vibrant but well-melted cold acidity which leaves a long and stretched finish.
