Champagne Papis is traditionally handcrafted in Verzenay in the heart of Champagne in limited quantities. The grape varieties we use, Meunier, Chardonnay and Pino Noir, come from one of the oldest vineyards in Champagne. The grapes from the old vines give a distinctive taste.
