Aperitif drink made from fresh grape juice (exclusively from the Champagne appellation) and Champagne brandy, our Ratafia Champenois is a Geographical Indication (GI), so you will only find it here! Of discreet reputation, we have decided to make you discover it. Our moment of tasting: as an aperitif or as a digestive, in a friendly atmosphere! Food & wine pairings: aperitif, with “champenois hole” (a scoop of ice cream drizzled with Ratafia), cheese, dessert Can also be drunk in cocktails! Tip & CO: serve very chilled (7 - 9°C)
