Preparation Cinnamon cookies

Preparation based on fresh semi-wholemeal flour to make shortbread biscuits. Add 1 egg and 100 gr of butter for about 20 biscuits. For express biscuits, make a ball with the dough, roll it into a sausage 5 cm in diameter and cut a 1 cm slice.
