Preparation for vanilla madeleine

This preparation based on semi-complete flour and vanilla from Madagascar, will give a financial aspect in the texture of the small cake. Add an egg and 125 g of salted butter and you will make 12 large madeleines. Ideal for a snack or as a gourmet dessert accompanied by custard and a fruit skewer.
