Blonde Ginger Honey Ale Beer

CHAP'S - Beer of Emotion Blonde beer with ginger and high fermentation tasting honey. Its complex structure and subtle aromas are provided by the mixing of a large number of malts and cereals produced in France and a triple top fermentation of 6 weeks on the lees. Fine hops from Alsace bring a very light and fruity bitterness. The liveliness of organic ginger combined with honey produced on site offers a nice balance in the mouth.
