Bresse chilli beer

CHAP'S - Beer of Emotion Stout beer with chilli peppers from Bresse tasting top fermentation. Its complex structure and subtle aromas are provided by the brewing of special malts and cereals produced in France and a triple 6 weeks high fermentation on the lees. Fine hops from Alsace bring a discreet bitterness, enhanced by the hot notes of Bresse pepper, this beer will be perfect as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to a spicy dish. Unfiltered, refermented in the bottle, it contains yeasts. A deposit at the bottom of the bottle is natural. Unpasteurized, its flavors will evolve over time.
