This beer is an Imperial Froment grading at 7 degrees. our second best seller gold medalist at the Lyon 2022 international competition Its complex structure and subtle aromas are provided by the brewing of a combination of wheat, barley and rye malts as well as cereals produced in France, and a triple top fermentation of 6 weeks on the lees. Fine hops from Alsace bring a very light bitterness, enhanced by citrus zest and spices
