Our juniper pâté is made with pork raised on straw: Apalhat. Apalhat is a sector that we have created with our three local breeders from Tarn and Aveyron based on strict quality specifications (pigs fed with cereals guaranteed GMO-free, pigs raised on straw, etc.) . We add juniper berries to our pâté, which we grind. The juniper pâté is the ideal companion for all occasions: meal, aperitif with friends, picnic.
