Bouëxière, we love to imagine and create simple yet generous recipes,
that bring pleasure with every bite. 
We prioritize local and high-quality products, carefully chosen for their taste and authenticity, for rich and flavorful cookies. Each batch is prepared by hand, with care, so that each cookie has that unique texture: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. 
Our cookies can be enjoyed at any time of day: cold for a delicious break, or slightly warmed for a few minutes at 180°C to rediscover their melting center and irresistible aroma.
