For four generations...

It was the grandfather Emile Chassagnard who created this charcuterie activity, in Egletons, in Corrèze. At the time, he attended fairs in the region and had a significant butchery business.

Then his son Louis developed the business during the post-war period by specializing only in dry cured products (sausages and hams).

And since 1975, it was Patrick who continued in the path of his elders...

These three generations of men from the Chassagnard family have perpetuated know-how and passed down authentic and natural recipes in order to offer their customers quality products, with good Corrèze flavors.

And finally in 2020, Patrick took his well-deserved retirement and handed over his company to a new team: Gaëlle and Paul, two employees who have been present for 5 years for the first and 20 years for the second. Together they intend to continue this beautiful family history and develop the activity while keeping the recipes and know-how learned from the Chassagnard family!
