GRAPE VARIETIES: Merlot AVERAGE AGE OF THE VINEYARD: 30 years PRODUCTION AND YIELD: 25 hl/ha PRODUCTION: 1450 bottles HARVESTING AND VINIFICATION: Manual harvesting. Grapes sorted on table with 3 sorting stations. Vinification without sulfur in whole berries with punching down. 30 days fermentation. Aged for 12 to 14 months in jars without the addition of sulphite.
