Sulfite-free red wine AOC Bordeaux red Keeping: 1 to 2 years Serve at 16°C Alcohol: 12% Vol. VARIETIES: Malbec and Cabernet Franc blend AVERAGE AGE OF THE VINEYARD: 26 years AVERAGE YIELD: 55 hl/ha HARVEST AND VINIFICATION: Mechanical harvesting. Beginning of fermentation (with skin and seed) without sulphur. At the end of fermentation (temperature control: 20°C). Quick flow in clear juice. Breeding in vats for a short time, without sulphur, with early bottling to keep as much fruit as possible.
