Green-fruity olive oil with subtle notes of freshly cut grass and chlorophyll. This light, fresh and fruity olive oil goes perfectly with all salads and Mediterranean dishes. Made exclusively from olives harvested on our Château Calissanne estate. Olive varieties: 40% Aglandau and 60% Salonenque. Designation of origin: Provence ("AOP Provence"), 100% made in France, 100% made in Provence. AN INSPIRATION “SO FRENCHY” This “Cocorico Château Calissanne©” collection, with its individual design in the colors of the French flag, symbolizes the identity of the region around Château Calissanne. This original creation was handmade in collaboration with local artist Johan Roussel.
