Château Canadel Bandol Organic Red 2018 - 75 cl

Our classic cuvée is the perfect marriage between the power of Mourvèdre, the emblematic grape variety of the Bandol appellation, and the delicacy of Cinsault. In this 2018 vintage, we find everything that made the singularity of a year like no other in Bandol, because we were lucky to have a cool and watery year! Thus its color is light and delicate, its nose evokes small red fruits (morello cherry, currant, raspberry) and slightly spicy notes (white pepper). We find these intense flavors in the mouth, in a nice juice full of freshness and drinkability. A cuvée ready to be tasted, on charcuterie, on a nice grilled red meat, on a Brie de Meaux or a chocolate fondant.
