Château Capion is a wine estate located in Aniane, a prestigious commune with the best wines of the Terrasses du Larzac.
Acquired in 2023 by a Montpellier couple, their objective is to continue to produce the best organic wines in the region.
Located in the AOC Languedoc and AOP Terrasses du Larzac appellations, the estate produces four white vintages and three red vintages, extremely well rated and awarded:
- Chemin des Garennes Blanc, AOP Languedoc based on Roussanne, Role and Viognier
- Domaine de Capion Blanc, IGP Saint Guilhem Le Désert, 100% Chardonnay
- Château Capion Blanc, AOC Languedoc Roussane and Clairette High-end Gastronomic
- Zéfir Blanc AOP Languedoc 100% Albarino
- Chemin des Garennes Rouge AOP Terrasses du Larzac Syrah Grenache Mourvèdre and Cinsault
- Domaine de Capion Rouge, IGP Saint Guilhem Le Désert, 100% Cinsault
