Entre Amis white 2022, Graves wine

A pretty white, crunchy in fruit, vinified 100% in natural yeasts on ripe grapes, on a sunny vintage. A pretty bottle, with a nice freshness, pleasant as you wish, which takes on structure. Part of the harvest (20%) was fermented for 5 days in contact with the skins. 70% Semillon, 30% Sauvignon. Aged in stainless steel vats. Recommended to any critic of Bordeaux white wine.
