The Grand Vin rouge 2021, Graves wine

A vintage marked by the April frost. A 100% manual harvest, to pick the few remaining bunches, pushing maturity as far as health conditions allowed us. Hand harvest, October 7 for Merlots and Cabernet-Franc and October 17 for Cabernet-Sauvignons. Casking of the Merlots in a 500L barrel and the remainder in a small amphora. Bottled without filtration or fining, in October 2022. Proportion of grape varieties: 65% Merlot, 25% Cabernet-Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet-Franc
