An exceptional wine, a real wine to keep for moments of gastronomy. The Grande Cuvée is an uncompromising cuvée, born from the desire to savor the oldest Grenache noir grape varieties, on the Plateau plot in Bern. 

Its intense character reveals the unique expression of the terroir, combining freshness and intensity. Grape varieties: Grenache noir, Carignan, Syrah, Cinsault Color: light peach rosé, salmon tint, very bright Nose: very expressive, lively and intense with notes of citrus, stone fruit, exotic fruit and light spicy notes. Mouth: Frank attack with lots of roundness, fleshy, elegantly structured wine, complex with fruity aromas (vine peaches). 

Round, floral and very long finish, fine bitterness. Food and wine pairings: Harmonious pairing with refined dishes such as a roast filet mignon with Provence herbs, a truffle risotto or even a mature cheese platter
