Mistral in the Garden

Blend of Cinsault 60% and Grenache noir 40%, this rosé is typical of the Rhône valley. The vines are planted on fine sand. The grapes are harvested when they express nice notes of fresh fruit. Its crimson color gives off notes of fresh almond, melon peel and sweet tangerine zest. In the mouth this rosé offers a nice tension which gives it freshness. Its saline finish gives it a lot of indulgence Mistral au Jardin will go perfectly with your salads, grilled fish or fresh goat cheese.
