Terrace in the shade

This wine is a blend of Grenache noir 35% and Syrah 65%. The grapes are harvested at perfect maturity, by plot, then vinified in stainless steel vats. Syrah wines are aged in French oak barrels for one year. Its dark color with purple reflections gives off aromas of black fruits, peppery notes and aromas of Provence herbs. Its mouth is full and round, structured by rich and supple tannins. The floral, elegant finish evaporates, reminiscent of violet. This wine has good aging potential. Terrasse A’Ombre is to be enjoyed with stuffed poultry, mature cheeses, grilled meats and fresh mushrooms. This wine is tasted at 17 ° C after an aeration time of one hour
