Sun terrace

This wine is composed of Grenache blanc, from old vines harvested by hand. The grapes are directly pressed in a pneumatic press. Vinification begins in stainless steel vats, then continues in barrels. For 6 months the wine is aged on lees, in Burgundy French oak barrels. Its beautiful gold color offers powerful floral aromas, hints of melon, citrus, honey and fresh butter scents. The attack is straightforward and the palate is full. The first fresh sensations of pineapple give way to sweet citrus fruits and a floral finish. Terrasse Au Soleil is perfect with seafood: grilled prawns, lobster or scallops.
