Castle of La Liquière

Tasting: The vines are old, deeply rooted in the schist, they offer us some rare, but precious bunches revealing our terroir. It is an intense wine, developing aromas of red fruits, black fruits, on mineral notes. Pairing: La Liquière goes well with lamb, beef tenderloin, pigeon and guinea fowl.
