AOC Bordeaux White: Sémillon: 60%. Sauvignon Blanc: 40%. Beautiful, fairly deep yellow color with small gold-green reflections. A charming nose from the opening like a bouquet of flowers and a hint of exoticism. Very nice volume on the palate, a little hazelnut and fir honey without neglecting a nice minerality. Long, elegant, harmonious and slightly saline finish.
