The Château de Saint Martin is a beautiful vineyard of 100ha of which 50 are in vines. The story is strong there. The Romans settled in the 2nd century BC, becoming the first to produce wine on the site of the Château de Saint Martin.
The monks of Lérins then turned the estate into a wine-growing priory, and built a superb underground cellar there, which is still in use today.
In 1740, a family of the French nobility settled. Since then, the Château de Saint Martin has never left this family, being passed down from generation to generation, and particularly from woman to woman.
