Château de Saint-Martin has taken on a new challenge with the creation of a range of premium dealcoholized wines, responding to a trend that continues to grow. A sparkling Rosé, resulting from the know-how of 11 generations of a wine estate expert in the production of “CRU CLASSÉ” wines of the Côtes de Provence appellation. A new, high-quality and tasty alternative range, a complementary ally in festive and convivial moments. Vinification & technique: Made from an excellent rosé made from specially selected typical Provençal grape varieties. Choice of a sophisticated process carried out by our team of experienced experts: vinification, vacuum dealcoholization (cold), then addition of natural aromas to compensate for losses from the still. Tasting notes: A range of dealcoholized wines offering a variety of gourmet native aromas and a balance reflecting the codes of wine. Freshness for an elegant aperitif, and an aromatic structure allowing for convivial pairings with dishes. Color: Melon, peach. Nose: Gourmet with notes of rose, vine peach, passion fruit and grapefruit, while recalling the character of the wine from which it comes. Palate: Fresh with a nice tension, we find the aromas of rose and a finish on the apple and the exoticism of the kiwi, all with a nice length. Tasting temperature: 8 to 10°C. Finally a satisfactory answer for those who cannot consume alcohol. To consume without moderation !
