Our family has owned and operated Château de Varennes since 1809, passing down its expertise for over 10 generations. The vineyard extends over nearly 20 hectares of vines facing south on hillsides bordering the château.
The terroir is composed of schists, volcanic rocks and granites. The vines are cultivated with respect for the environment and biodiversity. Our wines are vinified as naturally as possible at the château and seek to express the richness of our terroir and our grape varieties.
