Originally from and passionate about Beaujolais, Nathalie and Éric Boyer moved to Château du Gimarets in 2007 to produce a natural and expressive wine with the subtle aromas of their native region.
This romantic-style bicentennial castle is surrounded by lush greenery, leading to the property's vineyards.
After several years of sustainable viticulture, they decided to radically move towards biodynamics and the production of natural wine when the vintage allows it.
