The Château du Carruge estate is located in the heart of the Mâconnais vineyard, in the south of Burgundy. We cultivate our 15 hectares of vines and produce our wine as a family for five generations now. Our vines are conducted in sustainable viticulture, that is to say that we use as few phytosanitary products as possible by adapting to weather conditions.
We keep the hedges and bushes around our plots as much as possible to preserve biodiversity.
The estate is certified High Environmental Value.
