Château du Grand Bos The important thing is the judicious distribution of grape varieties: Merlot and Cabernet-Sauvignon practically equally, reinforced by a little Petit Verdot, with a pinch of Malbec for our red wines. The vinifications are carried out separately according to the grape varieties and the plot origin, with cold pre-fermentation or post-fermentation maceration, depending on the quality of the vintage. Following the Malolactic fermentation, the wine will be transferred to French oak barrels to be aged for 12 months. The red wines of Grand Bos are characterized by a beautiful bright color, lots of fruit, a pronounced sap and bouquet. They are generally made for long-term storage.
