Red Wine Mini cuvée Nat-20 without added sulphites Vintage 2020 to 2022

Cultivation method: Organic farming in conversion since 2020 and HVE3 since 2019. Cultivation is done in the traditional way using tools, without the use of weedkiller or pesticide. Grape varieties: 2020: 80% Merlot; 20% Petit Verdot 2021: 100% Merlot 2022: 80% Merlot; 20% Cabernet Sauvignon Winemaking and aging: Manual harvest. Vinification in vats. Without inputs (native yeast, no SO2, no fining before application, no filtration).
