F de Fonsalade - AOP Languedoc White

Grape varieties: 70% Roussanne and 30% Grenache Blanc Aging in stainless steel tanks Surrounded by almond trees, our plot of Roussanne overlooking Rieuberlou is blended with our old Grenache Blanc vines, planted on hillsides on the heights of Roquebrun. This wine with its brilliant color reveals a nose of white flowers and lime blossom. 

The palate is fresh and mineral, with saline notes and crunchy pear aromas. Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany fish, poultry, cheese.
