Grape varieties: Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre Our emblematic AOP Saint-Chinian grape varieties, Grenache and Syrah, take root on our slopes of the Combe de Lautié with schisto-sandstone soils. 

We assemble them with our Mourvèdre from plot of Burgas with limestone soil, its late maturity lends this wine aromas of spices and prunes. The aging of grapes harvested at optimal maturity in raw concrete vats and the control of fermentation temperatures in the static phase reveal all the complexity and finesse of the aromas. This wine reveals aromas of red fruits, blackcurrant and blackberries with notes of spices, black pepper and violet. Its round and pleasant tannins will soften over time, revealing a fine and silky texture.   It will be appreciated more in its youth.
