60% Mourvèdre, 40% Syrah At the foot of the pine trees of our Burgas plot, our old Mourvèdre and Syrah vines reach very balanced maturity thanks to the particular freshness of the Fonsalade valley. This blend enhances the aromas of lychee, clementine and pomelo with floral notes of acacia. 

The palate is creamy and delicious, revealing a lovely freshness over the length. An ideal wine for an aperitif or to accompany grilled meats and salads during the summer.
