Petit Bonheur - IGP Pays d'Oc Rouge

Grape varieties Grenache, Syrah, Carignan Our old Carignan vines planted on our clay-limestone slopes are blended with our Syrah and Grenache located in the heart of the estate. 

The harvest takes place in the early morning to preserve maximum fruit and freshness. We preserve the crunch of the fruit with gentle vinifications such as cold carbonic maceration on our old Carignan and cold pre-fermentation on our Syrah and Grenache. 

Breeding for 9 months of this wine in raw concrete vats and our low levels of sulphites allow us to intensify its freshness and sweetness. The attack is frank and fruity, the explosive aromas of red fruits and wild berries give this cuvée a sensation of immediate pleasure. 

The delicate tannins complete the deliciousness of this vintage. 

Delicious as soon as it is opened, it will be enjoyed for 3 to 5 years.
