Château Gilbert & Gaillard is a family vineyard of 30 ha in Organic conversion. To the south, the Saint-Chinian appellation, it is located on a limestone plateau at an altitude of 200 meters, giving the wines aromas of ripe fruit associated with great freshness. The Castle plows on horseback, has sheep to eco-graze between the vines outside the harvest and produces its own honey. We try to be the most respectful of the environment.
