Cuvée Number 2020

A well-mastered wine in an amphora. Of course this type of breeding has its own markers in the youth. Cabernet Franc is not easy to tame. It takes great rigor to achieve this result. It will still take a little time to convince people who are still reluctant. It is true that in youth, we smell rather of very mature wine. We must not upset, we must evolve with the times.
