Since 2009, the vineyard has been managed according to the rules of organic farming and then certified in 2012. Depending on the year, the vines are thinned or harvested green in order to obtain the best concentration of juice.
Soft Agriculture
We carry out a parcel management of the vineyard in order to collect the best in the diversity of the territory. After picking, the grapes will be transported quickly to the cellar located in the heart of the vineyard, in order to preserve their freshness as much as possible.
The majority of our grapes are harvested by hand, by an involved and dynamic local team.
A know-how
Pruning of the vine: we practice a method of soft pruning, to which we adapt the number of buds to the vigor of each foot.
We mechanically work the soil and on the surface. In order to have a minimum impact on the biodiversity of our land and of course without the use of pesticides.
Adapt the height of foliage to the richness of the soil.
Promote the aeration of the bunches to avoid the appearance of outbreaks
