Comes from vines between 15 and 20 years old. The maceration is shortened in order to extract the finest tannins. The aging takes place in vats for at least 12 months, which gives it these particular fruit aromas. Beautiful garnet color. On the nose we find aromas of red fruits (strawberry, blackcurrant). It is also fruity on the palate with a supple structure and a good finish. To be enjoyed slightly chilled with summer meals, as an accompaniment to cold meats and cheeses. It’s a friendly wine that’s sufficient in itself. 95% Merlot 5% Malbec 13.5% Vol.
