100% merlot This name obsidian refers to the volcanic stone which is the origin of glass. - bleeding rosé - short maceration This bottle has been specially designed to be returnable: bottle weight, label, glue, ink. TERROIR: Our clay soil from Morizes is well known for being the quality raw material for the manufacture of Gironde tiles. Our red grape varieties flourish on these clay soils, and the white grape varieties are on boulbène (sandy-clay soil). CULTURE : The vineyard is engaged in an organic conversion. We devote a lot of our energy to working the soil. We lead the vines using simple Guyot pruning and carry out all the necessary green operations manually to obtain high-quality grapes (de-suckering, high trellising, leaf stripping and thinning if necessary).
