Versus by Château Haut Veyrac offers another facet of our traditional bottle that you know. It is a non-vintage Saint-Emilion grand cru*, 100% black merlot, deliberately more radical. Radicality both in taste which is conferred by a method of breeding using much more marked woods and also in form by the originality of its label. In short, a very affordable pleasure wine to which you can quickly become addicted!! It obtained 2 stars in the Hachette guide and a score of 90 pts in the French wine review in the “modern and uninhibited Bordeaux” category. Tasting notes: Julien BELLE Dark color which gives presence, with ruby reflections. The invitation to the nose is generous, intense, with spicy, peppery flavors, tapenade, a hint of bacon. A simple stir enhances ripe black fruits. The palate is full, generous, ample, with chocolate flavors, it encompasses tannins that are still young but ripe. * non-vintage does not mean that it does not have a vintage (here we offer you 2018) but that it does not appear on the label or the back label.
