Château Haute-Nauve, His Highness 2019 Château Haute-Nauve owns an exceptional 1,000 hectare plot on the Saint-Emilion hillside.60 ha of 60 years old, nestled in the heart of the grands cru classés (neighboring Château de Ferrand and Laroque), on a clay-limestone terroir. Our vineyard is made up of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc. Attentive care is given from pruning to manual harvesting, through sustainable agriculture. Aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months to give it structure and finesse. Its aging potential is 15 years. This 2015 is powerful, fruity, velvety, with a solid structure and a persistent finish. A real delight that will accompany red meats!
