Château Jouvente is a small family property of 8.7 hectares in Illats, in the Graves. We harvest by hand to harvest our bunches at optimum maturity and promote responsible agriculture (monitoring of a bio-control program; HVE III certification).
Château Jouvente is also a viticulture with a human face. We are committed to producing typical and modern vintages of our appellation, which are characterized by a subtle, deep and expressive fruitiness and a refreshing elegance that bears witness to our terroir. As a guarantee of our quality, we are committed partners of the AFMR (French Association of Master Restaurateurs) and our wines have been awarded many times (Decanter, Independent Winegrower, Concours général de l'Agriculture or des Vins de Bordeaux).
