Natural Wine - Cuvée La Couzinade 2021

La Couzinade is our natural wine, mono-varietal Merlot, vinified without any input, sulphites or yeasts and without aging in oak barrels. It is characteristic of the vintage and specific to the exceptional terroir from which it was born. It is grape juice for adults, fruity, light and easy to drink. At the tasting you will notice sustained notes of raspberry. This wine should ideally be drunk within five years of bottling. It will perfectly accompany your aperitifs or even fresh dishes such as a Périgord salad or a warm goat cheese salad for example. It will also be perfect to go with poultry or white fish and will be the ideal complement to a platter of fresh cheeses.
