Organic olive oil AOP Provence Château Montaurone

Our Olive Oil is certified organic and classified AOP Provence. It is a so-called green fruity oil produced exclusively from the olive trees on our property, a clever blend of the Salonenque, Aglendau and Bouteillan varieties. Beautiful, lively and aromatic oil, notes of fresh, fiery, peppery grass, no bitterness. Our olive grove covers 8 hectares and has more than 2,000 trees. We bring our olives to the Eguilles mill located just a few kilometers from our property for crushing. The packaging is then carried out at the estate by us.
