Chateau Romanin Grand Vin Rosé 2024 - AOP Baux-de-Provence

The color is pale pink with gray tones with a beautiful shine. The nose, very discreet, combines notes of tangy red fruits such as redcurrant and blackcurrant bud with the deliciousness of white-fleshed fruits. The attack is supple and elegant. The palate is dense and reveals a beautiful, slightly acidic length which provides aromatic persistence. A gastronomic rosé, this cuvée is ideal with grilled sea bass and Provençal vegetables as well as a puff pastry tomato tart and burrata mozzarella.
