Romanin Blanc 2024 - IGP Alpilles

The color is pale yellow with green reflections. On the nose, notes of citrus fruits and white flowers such as lily of the valley and jasmine express the aromatic complexity of this vintage. The attack is lively with notes of tart apple. The palate is balanced between roundness and minerality which gives it good length. This vintage is ideal with tuna tataki or a perfect egg.
