Romanin Rosé 2024 - IGP Alpilles

The dress is aged pink with a beautiful shine. The nose is expressive with notes of grapefruit and red fruits such as redcurrant or raspberry. On the palate, the attack is smooth with a nice length. The mid-palate is marked by the deliciousness of the fruit and the freshness. The finish is salivating. This vintage pairs perfectly with a Provençal tian, grilled shrimp or a pistachio and mortadella focaccia.
