Romanin Red 2023 - IGP Alpilles

The color is garnet red with purple reflections of beautiful shine. The aromatic nose reveals fresh red fruits such as blueberry and blackcurrant, and ripe ones such as stewed strawberries. Scents of violet are also present. The palate is supple with gourmet and smoky flavors. This vintage goes perfectly with oven-roasted quails accompanied by walnuts and prunes.
